Season 22-23 Dates Announced

Maxwell Quartet are back for season 2022-23 with a varied programme of works, numerous collaborations with world-renowned artists, and newly commissioned pieces.

Our season takes us touring in Germany, the Netherlands, the USA, Canada, and the United Kingdom, with a particular focus on collaborative performances with some of the world’s most dynamic pianists, including Alasdair Beatson, Tom Poster, Martin Roscoe, Awadagin Pratt, Stewart Goodyear, Isata Kanneh-Mason, and more. Notable venues include: Muziekgebouw Amsterdam, Konzerthaus Dortmund, Queen Elizabeth Hall London, Gardner Museum Boston and more.

We are also delighted to one performing contemporary works by Eleanor Alberga, James MacMillan and Caroline Shaw, alongside our own new works from Gather, and classical repertoire by Benjamin Britten, Cesar Franck, Johannes Brahms, Joseph Haydn, Henry Purcell, and more.
